 4189c.diff just fixes some errors and warnings.  Getting ready to plug
 things in.

 Let's do a sample implementation of get_terms($taxonomy) and see how well
 it plays with our schema.  It will get all terms used in a given taxonomy
 or taxonomies.  Think get_categories() and get_tags().  If we like the way
 it looks, we can start hooking taxonomy into our cat and tag functions and
 working out the bugs.
