 To clarify a bit, I believe the OP is trying to suggest "page-specific
 widget layouts for each page".

 For example:
 -page/post A has widgets RSS, Google Search
 -page/post B has widgets Google search
 -pace/post C has widgets Blogroll, RSS, Google Search

 And each page/post has the drag-droppable widget interface.
