 I have disabled mod_security for the WordPress directory and after a
 couple of tests (including the Green Marinee stylesheet that failed every
 time previously), it seems to be functioning OK.

 I will re-open this issue if the proble does reappear.  Otherwise,
 hopefully these comments will help other people who are having the same
 problem.
