 Import Map to Existing Author is not in alphabetic order

 ENV: WP trunk r5407

 Map to Existing Author is listed by role and then alphabetic. This is
 confusing when importing a blog with a large number of authors at various
 roles.

 Duplicated issue by:
  1. Creating three accounts: admin (admin), aaa (Author) and zzz (Editor).
  2. Created one post for each account.
  3. Exported the blog
  4. Import

 Result: Import Map to Existing Author lists the authors in the order:
 admin, zzz, aaa.
