 If I want to selectively convert existing categories to Tags I obtain this
 error:[[BR]]
 Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /wp-admin/import/wp-
 cat2tag.php on line 109


 Converting all categories is OK[[BR]]

 With revision 5229 (without the ability to convert all categories) the
 convertion is fine.
