 Would it be possible to make the term name field wider (say, 200
 characters) or unlimited width (TEXT rather than VARCHAR) in the schema?
 See #3729 -- it is useful to have category/term names be larger for some
 multi-lingual plugins. I am also unclear why the slug would be 200
 characters if the name itself is much shorter -- they should probably be
 of similar length.
