New description:

 peet[dot]dk: hi, I whant to send mail2blog and it work fine with wp2 and
 cron. The problem is there isn't any "filter" on the function. What can I
 do so its only mail FROM a decided pop3 account that will be posted, and
 not any mail that comes to the selected mail account.

 I don't want to put this in the core, but maybe a filter hook would make
 this possible via plugin.
