 IMO this is debatable. I see it as all those links/posts are floating out
 there, and they just happen to be assigned a category or a few categories.
 Thus, deleting the category merely deletes the organizational category,
 but the posts within it stay there.

 Still, though, it would be a nice option to delete all those posts/links
 that fell under the deleted category. Or if that was the *only* category
 it was assigned to, since if you delete a category and the posts/links
 have other categories attached to them, they just lose the deleted
 category.
