 The "News(Blog)" page has been set to be the static Posts Page.  It does
 not receive the current_page_item CSS tag from the wp_list_pages()
 function.  If it did, on this page, it would have a graphic underline
 applied to it by the current_page_item tag.  If you choose the "Home Page"
 navigation link you will see that underline applied, as the Home Page does
 receive the current_page_item tag from the function.  This problem only
 occurs on the static Posts Page and only occurs in 2.1.2 as far as I can
 tell.
