 Attempting to add links in the WYSIWYG editor opens the dialog box, but
 the "cancel" and "submit" buttons aren't visible.  I can tab down to them,
 but pressing them does not submit the link to add the html nor does it
 close the box.  Using the 'code' mode, I can add links using the link
 button with no problems.
