Comment:

 Actually, this seems to be a combination of multiple plugins (which I
 can't isolate as I spent 30 mins activating and reactivating numerous
 plugins/combos of plugins). I've got something that works now and leaving
 the thing alone. Plugins seem unrelated to feeds so go figure.

 BTW, regarding rev # - I had no idea when it actually started happening as
 I've only recently begun hearing reports and I don't subscribe to my own
 feed (I should!)

 At any rate, closed as aaronisstupid. Carry on. :-)
