Comment:

 It shows Blogroll, because that's the name of your (default) Link
 Category.
 If you change that name through Blogroll -> Categories it will reflect on
 the title shown in the widget. Therefore it's already customizable.

 If it should be called blogroll by default is another matter, but there's
 already a discussion going on about that elsewhere.
