Comment:

 I tried to add this code to style.css, but this does not work.
 But I found there following:
 /* Begin Lists
         Special stylized non-IE bullets
         Do not work in Internet Explorer, which merely default to normal
 bullets. */
 So there are special bullets for non IE7 browsers, but in IE7 there shuld
 be normal bullets. But in IE7 there are no bullets :-(
