 Matt requested I make the [http://incoherentbabble.com/2007/06/12/how-
 strong-is-your-password/ Password Strength] plugin into a core patch, so
 here we go.

 Note that this is just the visual meter. There's no back-end check to
 ensure the user can't change their password to something too short or
 'bad' (as there is on WP.com).
