 WP 2.2 standard RSS widget (wp-includes/rss.php) won't update results when
 given the following URL:
 http://www.medworm.com/rss/userss.php?qu=PEDIATRICS&news=on .

 You can reproduce by going to admin panel->presentation->widgets, adding a
 RSS widget to the side panel, and inputting the above given URL into the
 widget; leave title empty.  Save; go to site.  The widget does display a
 list of articles from that URL.  But the list won't update on the next day
 or even next week.

 adamrbrown (see http://wordpress.org/support/topic/121424) believes it's a
 bug.
