 A friend got really confused by the use of "Previous" and "Next" in the
 default theme's archives pages.  I agree that the left/right metaphor is
 easiest to understand if you're told exactly what it means; Metafilter.com
 uses "Older" and "Newer" instead, and I think WordPress would be (even)
 easier to understand if it switched to that terminology, too.

 A user of a Multi-User WordPress installation said the same thing, and I
 changed on that across all blogs there.

 I'm happy to write the patch that does this; I have modified the default
 theme on my end, but I thought I'd ask if I had to change any
 locallization/internationaliation stuff too.  Let me know.
