 Behold, the fruit of my flight back from WordCamp:

 Takes you to the install page if WP is not installed (and there is a
 {{{wp-config.php}}}) via redirect.  Works via root URL and {{{/wp-
 admin.*?$}}}.  Asks for all necessary information on the first page you
 see.  It doesn't tell you technical stuff that doesn't matter.  Fewer
 clicks, fewer screens (just two now!)

 Next up is the wp-config.php-less install, but I'll open a seperate ticket
 for that.
