 "Weblog" is additional unnecessary terminology. It is used in quite a few
 places in wp-admin/ but is not the term used on http://wordpress.org/ .
 The term "blog" should be used throughout.

 I will leave "Just another WordPress weblog" b/c that seems sacred ;-)
