 Actually, the comma at the end is okay. Quoted from the PHP manual on
 [http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.array.php arrays]:

   Having a trailing comma after the last defined array entry, while
 unusual, is a valid syntax.

 And, yes, a # is a valid comment indicator, but for consistency with the
 rest of the WP code, you should change it to //.
