 Pages have a timestamp, but it cannot be edited. There is a "Post
 Timestamp" box when editing normal posts, but no equivalent when editing
 Pages. This prevents me from effectively filing Pages under
 /YYYY/pagename/.

 The solution should be trivial: display the timestamp editing box below
 all the other boxes on the Page editing screen.
