 Under `Manage -> Pages`, the 'View' links are functional but do not adhere
 to the permalink structure defined under `Options -> Permalinks`.

 Too see it in action:

 1. Go to `Manage -> Pages`

 2. Hover over a 'View' link on one of your pages and you'll see that
 although the link points to the page it does not adhere to the permalink
 structure, eg. the page points to `example.com/?page_id=7` instead of
 `example.com/about/`
