 If create a new submenu tab and the title of it is long, it can wrap to
 the next line. I find this to look a bit weird and also makes it more
 confusing / hard to read.

 So, what about forcing the name of a tab to stay on one line? For example,
 a lot of plugins add pages to the options menu. If the first row of
 submenu tabs gets too long, this ensures that a tab doesn't end up on the
 1st and 2nd rows.
