 A page comes up saying it cannot be found, for example, go to the blog
 <http://www.thejoshdesign.com/blog>

 I've set up a trial account. uname India pword 1234  ..level is
 contributor. When you go to comment on the first article, you get the
 address http://thejoshdesign.com/blog/archives/23#respond but nothing
 shows up, page cannot be found, etc.

 You'll also notice if you try to navigate via categories, you get a
 similar product.
