 Thank you for participating in WordPress!

 I have not been able to reproduce this problem using WordPress 2.0.7 nor
 trunk.

 Was this previously working for you? With what version of WordPress?

 Have you found this only is problem with pages not with posts?

 The Upload section of the UI is on Upload / Browse or Browse All?

 Please provide the steps that you used to recreate this problem. ?

 I tried a view different ways, but here is the steps I understood from
 your desc:

  1. Write Page
  2. Upload Image
  3. Create New Page
  4. Manage Page ,  Edit the new page
  5. Click "Save and Continue Editing"

 ACTUAL RESULT [[br]]
 As expected. The page refreshes and I am able to continue editing the page
