Comment:

 I'm not sure what the correct spelling should be but "spellchecker" is
 used twice, once in

 wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/spellchecker/tinyspell.php
 wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/spellchecker/langs/en.js

 The author of the code may simply have got used to using the
 "spellchecker" class :-)
