 Feed templates currently clutter up the root of the wp install.  Let's
 move them to wp-includes and leave the files in root as deprecated stubs.
 The direct URLs for the old files (wp-rss2.php, etc.) have been deprecated
 for awhile in favor of ?feed=rss2 and /feed/rss2.
