Comment:

 Uhh, it says on that page that you're referencing (and it's in your
 explanation):

 "You are about to approve the following comment: ... Are you sure you want
 to do that?" and then shows a pair of "[Yes]" "[No]" buttons.

 I don't think the user would have to pause, as it says right there "You
 are about to approve the following comment."
