Old description:

> If draft was saved at 4pm local time and you have -3 timezone offset,

New description:

 If draft was saved at 4pm local time and you have -3 timezone offset,
 it'll say you posted it at 1pm.

 Steps to reproduce:

  1. New draft
  2. Type some body text, no title
  3. Add a custom field
  4. Navigate away.
  5. Note title of draft shows {{{GMT - (2*offset)}}}
