 This is a specific thing that won't work if tags and categories are in the
 same table:[[BR]]
 - All plugins that use the categories table.[[BR]]
 - All plugins that display links.[[BR]]
 - All plugins that display posts.[[BR]]
 - About half a dozen common ways of displaying tags (clouds, search by
 tags, etc) become overly complicated and difficult to do, resulting in
 longer running queries and putting excessive and unnecessary load on the
 DB.[[BR]]
