Comment:

 As of WP2.1, this problem is back. Tabbing from timestamp month should
 take you to the year field, but instead it goes back to the post contents
 textarea. Same problem for the other timestamp fields.

 If you click into one of the date fields, tabbing works as it should.
 However, if you check the "Edit Timestamp" box, then click a time field to
 edit, tabbing does not work as expected. Something about the checkbox
 interferes with the tabindex, causing each tab to jump back to the posting
 box.
