 Futher to this ticket #3565.

 My wordpress blog will not publish future dated posts.  Same issue as
 Trent on ticket #3565.  I have a permissions issue.  For example, see
 below.  I have changed the permission to 777 for wp-cron.php.  Yet still
 nothing.

 My wordpress is 2.1. Fantastico installation.
