 So would the suggestion be then to have the install script initially check
 the php_memory_limit and see if it is greater than 8MB (or some other
 number) and if it isn't provide a page with details on how to increase the
 memory limit if it is not possible to do it automatically, and then give
 the option to continue with install hoping that it works?
