 +1 from me for promoting it and/or making it easy to import. As a user I
 had to do a bit of research to figure out how to do this in the past! I
 stumbled upon the answer but I doubt if a lot of people would. I've got
 XAMPP and Tortise installed and am tracking updates; may eventually get
 proficient enough with PHP and familiar enough with the WordPress core to
 do some patching (I used to do a bunch of Perl programming a few years ago
 but I'm going to grab a book and brush up on PHP; hacking it for a few
 months hasn't taught me all the ins and outs yet!). If I run across this
 again and I have time and it hasn't been fixed; maybe I'll do something
 about it...
