#5504: Foldable Boxes in IE cause an Error Message

While I was testing another ticket, I was working in IE7 (so I could be
logged on as two different users simultaneously to the same blog) I
encountered an error message. While working on a draft post on post-
new.php I clicked on a plus/minus sign for one of the foldable boxes, and
when I clicked it it opened/closed like it should but it also threw up the
 error message:

"Are you sure you want to navigate away from this page?

The changes made will be lost if you navigate away from this page.

Press OK to continue, or Cancel to stay on the current page."

Clicking OK or Cancel didn't do anything, you still remained on the post-
new.php page. While clicking OK doesn't cause you to navigate away, it is
still poor from, IMO, for this error message to be thrown up at a user.

This has been occurring in 2.4-bleeding since at least rev. [6465] (and
likely before, but I hardly ever use IE7 unless it is testing something
specific or I am wanting to log in to the same blog as a second user.
