 post-new.php issues "nags" letting you know that authors have pending and
 draft posts waiting.  These queries can be a bit slow when there are lots
 of drafts.  post-new.php, given how much it is used, should be as fast as
 possible.  Let's lose all nags except for the one for your drafts.
