Comment:

 This 12/12/07 diff is a totally different approach from the earlier one.
 This one converts  MT keywords directly to WP tags during import. Yes, I
 noted above that there's no guarantee that people using MT keywords were
 using them for tagging, but I do think that's the majority case. Now
 using wp_add_post_tags() rather  than a direct query.
