 markjaquith  : I see people mentioning it on the support forums all the
 time. I'd guess that Simple Tagging is more popular than Jerome's
 keywords, but not as popular as UTW.

 Anyway, IMO, yes, this should be an importer available from the initial
 release of any WordPress version that includes tagging. It's necessary for
 adoption for a lot of people.
