 With the new manage posts screen in 2.3, it might not be a bad idea to add
 a post_type drop down to the filters at the top. Then we could combine the
 manage page and posts screen into a single item. It would also allow for
 plugins that create custom post_types to have a convenient mechanism of
 management.
