 One other question I have:

 Is having more than {{{<meta name="generator" />}}} bad? Obviously, if
 what I'm suggesting were implemented, there would be a lot of themes that
 have the generator hardcoded in them, resulting in duplicates. Is it non-
 validating or evil?
