 For some reason, when I create a page with the slug "note" the page does
 not follow the page.php template I have assigned and doesn't seem to
 behave like a page at all. In my page.php, I have eliminated the comments
 template, but a page with the slug "note" adds it back in as if it is
 following the template for single posts.
