 Now all the feeds send all the times in GMT. It would be nice if the
 actual publish time was also preserved.

 In both RSS2 and Atom time zones are allowed, because they use
 {{{rfc822}}} and {{{rfc3339}}} dates.

 The issue was first spotted by Peio Popov.
