 Is there a fallback for screenreaders which can actually handle javascript
 alerts?

 And this breaks my normal experience with any web application and
 alert()s. I think the proper buttons should be selected by default if
 we're going to try to do this at the very least, as well as a tab order
 that matches the default tab order of browsers.
