 I ran into the problem, that custom language files for the embedded
 tinymce weren't recognized.

 for example:
 with $WPLANG=de_DE
 file
 wp-includes/js/tinymce/langs/de_DE.js
 doesn't gets loaded.

 (this worked with 2.0.7) I've fixed this with the appended patch.
