Comment:

 A few pointers:

 1. Firefox 2.0.0.3 (or whatever) is out now, so either upgrade, or:

 2. We use different boxes now, so I think this problem's probably gone.

 I couldn't reproduce with FF 2.0.0.3 on OS X 10.4.
