 Changeset 4184 show the more hyperlink in feed if use <!--more--> tag in
 the posts.  Is it the policy confirmed by all developers?  If so it is
 different from the behavior in 1.5 and 2.0 and needs clarification to the
 public.  I would like to see an option to revert back to the behavior of
 1.5 and 2.0.
