 Well I think I figured this out. I do not have gzip compression installed
 on this server. Firefox won't request gzip for some reason, but IE is,
 even with the gzip option turned off in the options screen of WP.
 Apparently tinyMCE isn't recognizing the gzip option and always trying to
 make a compressed file.
