 How hard would it be to add this?  I'm planning to do this for a customer,
 but I'd like it to be in WP mainline.  I want to hear your expert opinion,
 guys, because I think this would be very beneficial for the users of the
 rich text post editor.

 basically besides just alignment, the popup box should also have a CSS
 classes text box and a CSS style text box.

 Give me pointers with determining what more or less it would take, I'll do
 it, and charge my customer, and roll it in into WP mainline.  Whaddya
 think?
