Comment:

 Closing INVALID, 2 unrelated platforms php-nuke and mambo in one ticket.
 As well, neither seem like great candidates for including in core.

 WP is 1st a personal publishing platform and 2ndary a CMS. An import is
 only useful to those that are going to use it. To include it in core would
 also mean this import would be generally useful to a significant # of
 WordPress users.

 Based on a google search imports from both of these have been done with
 various degrees of success.
