 I took a look into this, and tried to make the plugins page look nice with
 alternating shades of blue, and I really couldn't do it, when the plugins
 are blue, the page just looks too saturated, to be attractive. In my
 opinion, it looks much better green.

 If you go blue, the rollovers for the plugin names, and other links in the
 description are pretty much wrecked. Besides that, green makes more sense
 to me as well, in a sense that green signifies go, and when you hover over
 the deactivate button, it turns red. I think the idea of stop and go works
 well with plugins.
