 User reports wanting to put HTML in a post, only to see that line breaks
 are placed after tags, naturally, because each of those lines do have line
 breaks after them. Proposal to add a check box that will allow users to
 disable the auto-paragraph and line break option on a per case basis.

 I realize this is an edge case, but it could prove useful. I thought this
 already existed, but maybe it's one of my many hallucinations. :]
